by booking a session, you agree to the following:

1. booking & payment

your booking is confirmed once payment is complete.
prices reflect the session type selected, including any bundles or packages.

2. session details

all sessions are held online via google meet.
accurate birth information is required for human design readings. it is your responsibility to provide correct information; if a mistake is provided, a new session will need to be booked and purchased.
sessions are private and confidential.

3. cancellation & rescheduling

you may cancel or reschedule once at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.
cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours may result in the session being forfeited.

4. recording

sessions may be recorded for your personal use.
by attending, you consent to the session being recorded (audio or video) if applicable.

5. refunds

payments are non-refundable after booking, unless otherwise agreed.

6. use of information

your personal information will only be used to prepare and conduct your session.
data is stored securely and will not be shared.
